Arty Bits

James is currently concerned with the interaction that exists between people, places and space.
This notion has been explored through various mediums which include robotics, sound, movement, electronics and light with the ultimate aim of generating a dialogue with and between spaces or across a void.

By using that which we perceptibly ignore through a succession of experimental research, the development of a series of subtly refashioned objects has enabled Boardman’s work to exploit the theatrical nature of communicative technologies and interaction which as a society, we take for granted.
